LAST CALL: PAVING SEASON IS WINDING DOWN
Wisconsin’s paving window is short, and it’s closing faster than it feels this time of year. Asphalt needs the right temperatures to cure properly, and once fall weather sets in, that window shuts for the season. Projects that don’t get scheduled now risk waiting until spring, along with continued wear, potential safety issues, and the possibility of higher costs when work picks back up.
